We normally keep files on our computer for about 6 months, after which we make a back-up copy and store for an indefinite amount of time. There is a $6.50 charge to burn your image to a CD.

2. We will ship it to you Insured, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. The cost of postage is $7.95. Photo Arts will not be responsible for lost or damaged images, coming or going.
"How long will it take to get my finished restoration?"
1. Much depends on the severity of the restoration. For "minor" restorations the turn around time is approximately 14-21 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). For "major" restorations it will take additional time. Detail and quality are very important to Photo Arts, therefore we never rush a restoration just so that we can say, "we are the fastest" at what we do. All of our prints are produced by Profesional Color Labs on Kodak Professionl papers, so part of this time is to allow our Labs to do their job.
2. During peak seasons such as, around the holidays, it may take longer because of the volume of restorations we have in house.
3. We can meet special deadlines (additional charges may apply).
"How do I pay for my restoration?"
1. Master Card or Visa.
2. Approved check.
3. Cash
"My print is stuck to glass, what do I do?"
Nothing. Please call us for instructions. You may do more harm than good if you try to remove your print. 903 968 3332
"My print is in a frame, should I take it out?"
It all depends. If there is no glass and the print can be safely removed, do so. If you have any doubts at all please call us first before attempting to remove the print. Many times we will make a digital negative before removing a print. (There is a $15.00 charge for the digital negative.)
